The Conjure Flow Chemistry system has capabilities to automate the synthesis of complex matrix libraries. The system is ideal for automatedd reaction development, screening of reaction materials including bases and solvents and the synthesis of compound libraries. With the Conjure's has two step syntheis capabilities hazardous materials such as azides can be synthesized for the first step and then consumed in the second step, providing safer laboratory operations.

The Propel Flow Chemistry system was designed for a multi-user laboratory where "Walk Up" ease of use is critical to successful laboratory flow chemistry. The Propel easily screens up to three reaction materials where stochiometry, temperature and residence time can be varied for each experiment. All segmented are collected into the built-in fraction collector. Once conditions are optimized, they can easily be scaled to over a 100 grams with single push button command.

Both the Conjure and Propel were designed to interface to Accendo's optional LC/MS interface for online segment sampling, dilution and injection into a LC/MS system. This module greatly enhances the throughput of operations by providing real-time analysis or purification of product.
