Accendo's Conjure Segment Flow Chemistry system performs automated library synthesis. The Conjure has virtually an unlimited supply of reagents and with the ability to meter and mix up to four reactants per segment and two-step synthesis capabilities the Conjure can easily complete complex libraries such as this S_nAr (6 x 6) library, which was automatically synthesized 3 times at temperatures of 150, 200 and 250 °C over 15 hours.

For dramatically increasing the throughput of compound libraries, compound segments are processed in a serial/parallel method, similar to the processing of segments for Screening/Optimization, which increases throughput by over 10 times that of continuous flow chemistry systems.
