Accendo's optional online LC/MS interface enables full automated integration of both analytical or preparative systems. Our flow chemistry systems are the only commercially available products that offer intergrated online LC/MS.

For analytical LC/MS the system takes a "heart cut" sample from the segment. The "heart cut" sample is then diluted by a factor of 0 to 200 times prior to injection.

For Preparative LC/MS the entire segment (up to 1 mL) is injected.

Both analytical and preparative modes trigger the method to begin once the injection loop is filled. The online interface allows for non-stop automated LC/MS operations.
